Windows: Tilt and Pivot

Rosemary Thornton, contributing editor
Victorian charmerManufactured in Italy and popular in Europe, these windows can be opened like doors (pivoting horizontally) or tilted in (vertically) like windows.

An anchored hinge ensures that the window won't be dislocated or accidentally popped out of its frame.

Available in pine, mahogany, fir, oak and iroko (African teak), the doors are offered with single or double glazed glass, in thicknesses of 2-1/4" or 2-5/8".

Arches, trapezoids and other custom shapes and unusual sizes are also available.
