Salvaged from a street in Augusta, Georgia, these cobblestones are said to have come to America as ship ballast. Years of use have rounded the edges a bit and these cobblestones (also known as Belgian Blocks) are probably more than 150 years old. The 4- by 8-inch blocks can be used for pavers or for construction.
Each 4" x 8" cobblestone is $4, with a discount for bulk purchases (October 2005).
