No trees were harmed in the making of these pellets. Made from sawmill leftovers of white spruce and pine, these pellets are formed using pressure and moisture (6% by content). No additives or glues are used.

The 1/2" to 1" pellets create 8,700 BTUs per pound. The clean-burning pellets exceed EPA guidelines and Oregon and Colorado's emission guidelines. According to the US Department of Energy, pellet stoves are the cleanest solid fuel-burning appliances available for home heating, with combustion efficiencies of 78 -85%.
