Door Hinges: Hand forged

This cast iron HL hinge is hand forged using historic blacksmithing techniques. This hinge is actually a little thicker than its ancestors to accommodate modern door thicknesses of 1-3/8".

The manufacturer recommends that three hinges be used to ensure trouble- (and squeak-) free service.

HL Hinge is priced at $32.50 each (January 2006).
