Bamboo Flooring: Carbonized Color

Harvested from fast-growing bamboo stalks, these floor boards are carbonized (darkened through pressure cooking), cut into strips and kiln dried.

The result is a darkened, consistently colored floor that needs no staining. This unfinished flooring has a mirco-beveled edge and comes in six foot lengths.

Unfinished Bamboo Flooring is 3-7/8" wide x 5/8" thick.

Price is $120 per box of 29 square feet of flooring (April 2006).
