Stair Parts: Style Lift

Does your staircase need a little lift? Made with lightweight plastic, these stair brackets mimic the look of the wooden, handcarved accents found in elegant, older homes.

According to the manufacturer, these paintable, polymer brackets can be affixed with construction adhesive.

Stair brackets are $25 each (April 2006).
