Hand Hewn Beams: Barn Support

Recovered from old barns of the 18th and mid-19th centuries, these beams were hewn by hand from solid oak and white pine.

They're offered in two sizes, 6" and 12" square. The wooden beams retain the original imperfections that come from more than a century of work on a Pennsylvania farm.

Hand hewn beams are $3.50 per board foot (April 2006).

Size: 6" and 12" square, lengths from 6' to 40'.
