Water Heaters: Giving a Raise

Your water heater works hard for you, so give it a raise. The National Fuel Gas Code requires that gas-fired water heaters be elevated 18" or more to guard against combustion hazards (such as errant fumes).

Made of 18-gauge galvanized sheet metal, this stand is 18" tall and will support a 50-gallon water heater.
