Maintaining proper humidity levels keeps people and pets comfortable and furniture from drying out during heating season.
This evaporative-type humidifier has a cellulose wicking filter. Air is drawn through the wick and then sent upward into a vortex that hits the ceiling and circulates back down to the humidifier. When the reservoir is empty, the fan will continue to run and dry the wick, which inhibits the growth of molds.
The reservoir holds 4.2 gallons and will humidify a room up to 1,350 square feet. The tank's water level is visible from the outside.
