Made of a synthetic polymer, these plantation shutters have aluminum rods at their core for extra strength and rigidity. Joints are bolted and screwed and according to the manufacturer, this shutter will never bow, warp or crack.
The finish is baked-on, so the shutter (and all those little louvers) will never need painting. Color options are bright white, dull white and off white.
