Victorian charmerMade of solid chestnut, this 16-lite door survived with its original finish untouched by paint.

Salvaged from a public school in New Jersey, the 70-year-old door needs a little TLC. Old boltholes may need to be patched and puttied. Originally used as an interior door, it's also suitable for use as an exterior door.

  • Chestnut doors are $325 each (October 2006).
  • Dimensions: 84" high x 36" wide x 1-3/4" thick.
