Sherwin-Williams' new Duration exterior paint goes on with a thicker, more flexible layer that prevents peeling and blistering, according to company literature.
Duration lays down a thicker film -- 70 percent greater than that of conventional paints. The goal? One-coat protection on repaints, with no primer needed, even over hard-to-cover colors. New work requires two coats, but the paint eliminates the need for primer.
Duration is available in flat or satin finish, and comes in a range of exterior colors. It can be used on wood, stucco, masonry, vinyl, and galvanized metal.
