Cape Cod plans are available to build any size home in the traditional fisherman's cottage style. Cape-Cod-style homes typically feature a side-gabled roof, no or smallish dormers, small eaves, shingle or clapboard siding, few decorative features, a symmetrical façade, a central fireplace, and a deep, rectangular floor plan.
