DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered item, it never arrived. Called and emailed several times and received no responses. Had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get a refund for the item. Worst customer service, I wonder if they actually really sell anything or if they just keep taking people's money and hoping they won't file complaints with their credit card companies.

Item never arrived and nonexistent customer service
I placed an order on December 4, 2008, which has not arrived yet, almost 12 weeks later. I have contacted the company repeatedly, and they either do not answer or they give lame excuses/ lies: the manufacturers were closed over the holidays; your order will ship Monday (5 weeks ago).
