Stair Treads

When designing and building a staircase, keep in mind that stair treads are critical for safety. A slip and fall on stairs can be disastrous. Stair treads may be carpeted or plain wood. You should opt for non-slip stair treads on outside stairs, where weather can make stairs slippery.
