Joe Stevens started Old House Salvage in the Historical West-End District of Greenville, South Carolina in 1975 with a passion for architectural salvage. Joe learned the trade from his father who specialized in the demolition and salvage of old houses. Together, they have been selling building salvage materials for 55 years. Recently, Joe has moved his shop out to his home in Piedmont, South Carolina, which is about 30 minutes from his old building. He now has a lot more room for all of the salvage!
