We ordered the Titanium all-in-one unit. On the very first use it leaked gallons of water. We called them, and a guy there said that when assembled, it was assembled wrong, lacking a seal. Since then, they absolutely are shunning all contact, even though we were extremely polite. They tell us the vice president will call and he doesn't.
They are arrogant, but mostly, so far they are thieves.
