I haven't been here in probably a year or so. I see lot's of new people and love seeing their homes. Still, I wonder about Banner and a few of the others I met around 6 years ago, or was it 7? I speak to a few on facebook pretty regularly.

I would live by Utopia any day. My neighbors moved to Florida but are renting out their house. The good news is they made it very clear they only want responsible people to rent. They know I'll be in touch if they get out of line and in fact want me to.

You're welcome. I do it in Paint. I knocked it down to 25%. Sure are pretty moldings.

Hopefully they will get it fixed soon. I still pop over every now and again to look and see if there are any updates or new members showing off their beauties. Otherwise I look at the real estate sites and look for historic homes. I'm addicted.
