you should write to This Old House (http://www.thisoldhouse.com) They do a monthly feature in their magazine about houses that are for sale, relatively cheaply, that have significant historical value and need rescued

Has anyone tried this? This dosnt look too awful tricky, just drill 1/2"-3/4" holes halfway and at the top and fill er up?

Im refering to the expandable foam, id rather have it than the blow in I think. Im gonna call around some more, but if I can find a DIY kit Id do it in a heartbeat!

Just hafta say, Im diggin the new forum style! I had a few contractors come out and give me estimates to have blown in foam insulation done in my exterior walls only.
