Thanks Jessie! Unfortunately we've become a tourist attraction, we've been getting a lot of showings and had 16 groups at a short open house, but nobody who can afford it or is interested in moving.

Smart Strip is made by the same company. I've had more luck with it, it works more quickly and is better for the environment that 6 or 7. Just put plastic bags over the applied area to let it work longer without drying out, and it also makes it easier to pull the paint off.

The house we're waiting on is a 7,200 sf 5 bed, 4.5 bath, with a 4 car garage and was built in 1933. Do you mean the whole shebang was built in 1933 ?!? :shock: MKD Yep. My wife and I had moved around with a lot of different apartments, so we wanted a house we would never have to move from again. We're already looking at moving once our 3 years for the $8,000 refund is up. We want to move to the town where the college I work at is located, much nicer and quieter tow...

I wish I had known about all these when I repaired my walls a month ago. I injected caulk in the crack, taped, and plastered. We'll see if it holds up, that Big Wally's looks like the way to go.
