In honor of the 7th anniversary of my closing on the Albion Dunn House (4/8/04), I have finally made some updates to the house website. Still needs more added but several new pictures on 1st and 2nd floor and some new historical information added as well.

Thanks! Yes that is the most snow we have had here in several years! We usually get one or two "dustings" a year but that was an 8" snow which is a blizzard in this part of the country!

Those are heat traps, yes they stay. They reduce the amount of heat lost through the pipes.

Just my opinion but I think a house that big with furnaces that old and 72 degrees EVER and you are very very lucky to have a bill of $600.00.
