Looking for a source of supply for Carrara glass (Dark Green or Black) to rehab a storefront. This product is a pigmented structural glass manufactured in the 1930s-40s.

So far as I know, this glass is no longer made by anyone in the U.S. (or elsewhere). Have you tried contacting as many architectural salvage companies as you can get phone numbers for? That might be one place to look. Another might be glass suppliers, particularly those who cater to restoration contractors where you live. I've been told that sometimes these companies have bought up stocks of these materials -- just for jobs like yours.
