Here's a picture of my old row house in Phillipsburg, built around 1900. Sadly, I had to leave it because the neighborhood had deteriorated so badly. The slumlords have taken over...no appreciation for the architectural and historical value, just how much $$ can be squeezed out of these old buildings.

1919 Mission style. Or so I think. I'm not sure to be honest. I can't wait to repaint this home and bring out the details in the exterior.

Good Day!!Thank you for sharing this wonderful topic..Rank helped with remodeling our basement. It was a major job that included changing a large crawl space into a living room. It took about 12 weeks to complete.
