Hello! I'm new here and was hoping I could find some help. Since I did not see any general thread, I just grabbed the busiest one. If I need to move my question, please let me know... TIA!
My question:
I found the article linked below at your web site and was wondering if I may have an email address (or means of contact) of the person who worked so hard to compile the information shared in it. I have a question on a source or two used in it.
I tend to traditional ones. Old interiors are the best and the most expensive. Modern ones I guess are too cold and lead me to no where. I guess classic and traditional remain the best no matter what. I saw here some really nice pictures. The other days I have visited some real estate forums and read about the best houses from Transilvania. Never thought but that area really has something special.
Here you see it as it looked the first time I saw it. The next picture is after I bought it(one owner in the mean time who deserves more of the credit than I do).

And here you see it post renovation. Pictures have been in the hang out forum for years but don't think I had ever been added to this picture forum before.
I have been seriously considering screening in this porch. Any thoughts?

Well pending any issues with closing, I have returned to home ownership and thus this useful site. This will be the project for many years to come and I look forward to all your insight and help. Not the vintage I was looking for but the price, location and time were right, plus I am in college.
