Yesterday we found a 1929/1930 low wall mount tank toilet on craigslist. We picked it up for $120. It needs a couple parts, but it's in great shape!

Not on Craigs list but my wife and I are hitting a school auction this Saturday. They are selling everything out fo the building they can, even salvage copper. We're hunting light fixtures, trim, maybe windows, and music stands. You can never have too many music stands. This was last week's haul from the first building this district is tearing down.

I have sold two other big organs to free up the space.
BTW, this is in its old home, a cool (huge) Baltimore rowhouse.

Over the weekend, a friend helped me disassemble and move about half of the organ into my house. In many many pieces. It does all come apart, if you make careful efforts, into pieces that will pass through a 24" doorway.
I will have a house with a built-in organ, as I don't reckon I'll live long enough to disassemble the thing ever,ever again. It would seem to weigh over half a ton.
But the sound of it; amazing. I played a small pipe organ sitting in the same room, and I think mine sounds better, and it's "just a reed organ"
