flooring

Post by sivils11 »

We have found an old, VERY old, porch floor under interior tile that we've removed and plan to cover with a plywood floor. As expected in an old porch floor there are gaps between the boards. Our question is, in addition to laying a moisture barrier should we back paint/polyurethane the plywood?

Should I ask one question which is why you are not going with concrete wood flooring because first, it is highly recommended for a quality work and with having a long life.
