Just bought a 1937 center entry farmhouse in southwestern NH and am already hip deep in repairs / improvements. Hoping to find inspiration, tips and commiseration here regarding the old home experience!
Not my first trip as I owned an 1830's Greek Revival years ago. Got to learn all about plastering, reglazing old windows, shoring up sinking floors, making my own thresholds etc etc.
