Kathy, I'm in agreement with you on that one; I can't "view new posts" either.

Re: "The Computer Help Thread"
It's been reported and should be being worked on.

Can someone help me?
I hope maybe someone here can help me. I have asked elsewhere to no avail and even tried a fix found online that didn't work but gave me a scare eek.
I'm running vista on my laptop and want to upgrade to windows 7. All is compatible aside from my wireless which I have already downloaded a file to use later.
Ok so my launchtua.exe file keeps just opening into notepad and doesn't run. Everything I try to open including the exe files just open into notepad. Consequently I can't upgrade or do a few things I'd like.
I don't know what to do.

Re: "The Computer Help Thread"
This had something to do with the file association (the poor computer doesn't know what to do with it so it opens it in notepad).
Fixing it normally involves changing the registry, if you are not comfortable with that I can try to lookup an alternative path
Are you on Vista or Win7 now?

I'm running vista. I'm pretty comfy with the computer, just don't know how to do everything. I take them apart and put them back together but files and programming, I haven't learned enough of yet.
