Hello everyone!
I am new to the forum. I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice. We just had an offer accepted on a beautiful 1880 house. We are having all the inspections done next week but I just wanted to see if anyone could just give us some advice on questions to ask or what to expect. The house has a crack in the basement floor that we are thinking is from settling and it’s been suggested that we might need a structural engineer. Thanks everyone!
