What house style is this?

We’re purchAsing this house and would love to know the style that it is. It was built in 1875.

IF the style is original to the home in regards to trim, windows, pillars, etc… and based on the time, I would consider it a folk Victorian… don’t kill me for saying Victorian but that’s a generic term for a lot of homes of that era. The farmhouse or FOLK of that statement are where the majority of that statement should be focused on. Farther out from the city, they built more simple style homes like this with minimal trims.
