Stucco Skirting Pier and Beam House

Need details for stucco skirting. How far does it protrude from the pier. I am in Central Texas in Bastrop County. I may do the work myself or hire it out if I can find somebody in my area that still knows how to do it. I need to know how thick the skirting will be as I am adding termite shielding and want the shielding to clear the stucco skirting. Will be adding the termite shielding as I am leveling the house.
