I have a Tudor Revival in Cleveland Area. I invited one handyman to see if he could replace rotten wood. He said he will not touch a plaster because it will cost a lot... The area is not so large. it is above the living room. I am looking for advice of how to replace the wood and plaster and any experience how much it cost and so on
