Tudor Revival 1935 plaster removal

Hi Everyone!

I have a tudor revival in cleveland area. I am looking for an advice of price, experience and so on and so forth. how to remove/repair plaster and rotten wood. the area is not so large. any mistakes to avoid? any details to pay attention?
