We just closed on a 1911 house. We’re having the floors redone and have also experienced torrential rain in the area. I give that as context, because I have no idea what to make of this…
I’ve been slowly moving in, and yesterday, I discovered rocks at the base of my wall in the basement? Could it have been caused by the rains? Or the floor folks? Any insight?[
