i only read a few sections briefly, but geez am i impressed....more towns/cities should adopt such oversight....you should be proud!!

Thanks Jade :) They are a good organization. I worked one of the house on tour this year and had a good time.

The only thing is we have to get approval for ANYTHING we do to the structure or outside of the house. This can be costly as anything that is being replaced must be the same as what was used when the house was built....can be pricey and they watch like hawks....

But they do care about the area... :)
