What to do with random toilet in basement?

Our 1917 prairie style home has the random toilet in the basement and I’ve read about its origin/purpose. What do other homeowners do with these? Build walls around it and make into bathroom? I’d like to add some privacy for the toilet but need some ideas. Ours is placed into a corner and due to doorways it’s not possible to build walls around it.

If you can't build a wall around it, then only use it when no one else in basement. If you don't want to use it but want to keep it, use it as an impromptu chair when needed (maybe put a small table near it). If you have no need for a chair, polish it up so people ask why there's a toilet there, then you can tell them. If you never have guests in the basement, set piles of stuff on it that absolutely protected from wet floors. If your basement floods higher...
