Arctoctis produces daisy like blooms June through September, if the faded flowers are removed. The plant grows two feet tall and has fuzzy leaves. The flowers open only in the sunshine. The best growing area is sunny and with a fertile, well drained soil. Propagation is by seed started early indoors.
