This is just one Leucojum useful as a garden flower. It tolerates sun to light shade, preferably light shade, and well drained soil. The fragrant, white flowers are only produced on well established plants. Plant bulbs six inches apart and two to three inches deep in early fall. The plant grows a foot tall. The variety carpathicum is more vigorous.
Propagation by division when the foliage matures, but only when the plants really need it.
