Puschkinia likes a well drained soil in light shade. The flowers of most types are light blue. The plants increase rapidly by offset but should only be divided when they need it. Plant them three inches deep and three inches apart. One type is listed.

Puschkinia scilloides - Striped Squill It grows 4 to 6 inches tall and blooms in April and May.

Propagation is by division of dormant plants.
