Zantedeschia - Calla Lily, Arum Lily

Calla lily is an uncommon house plant requiring a sunny location. If allowed to dry out, even slightly, it goes dormant. Water moderately from potting until growth starts then give regular waterings. Ideal temperatures are 65 to 70 degrees during the day and 55 to 60 degrees at night. Cover the corm with 2 inches of soil. Flowering requires day temperatures close to 70 degrees and nights at 55 degrees. The plant can be grown outside during the summer and blooms sporadically throughout the year.

Propagation is by offsets.
