Bathtubs: Paws and claws

Tired of using a brick to shore up your 3-legged claw foot tub? Send in one of the remaining, intact limbs and this company will re-create a claw foot or paw foot for your old tub. Sand molds are used to cast aluminum, brass, bronze, zinc or silicone bronze pieces at this non-ferrous (no steel or iron) foundry. When complete, the replicated clawfoot can be painted, plated or polished. Price varies widely, but silicone bronze reproductions cost about $35 per foot. (February 2005).
