Deck Paint: No Rain Delays

With this deck and fence paint, there'll be no more blaming summer thunderstorms for your painting procrastination. Made with 100% acrylic resins, this paint can be applied soon after storm clouds have cleared.

A hydophilic (moisture-friendly) formulation works with the moisture content to sink deeply into the wood fibers. Coverage is 300 square feet per gallon (smooth surfaces). The paint should not be used if rain is predicted within 12 hours and it should not be applied in direct sunlight.

Cabot SPF Deck and Fence Finishes are available in one gallon ($32) and five gallon ($150) sizes (July 2006).
