If you're tired of listening to your old exhaust fan whine, it may be time for a quieter replacement. This bathroom exhaust fan produces less than 1 sone (measurement of sound) and pulls 109 CFM (cubic feet per minute). The motor housing is encased in 20 gage steel and the grill is a white polymer. This fan can be mounted in walls or ceilings and has a 6" duct. Price is about $115 (March 2005).
