Whether you want to cook faster or healthier or both, steam cooking is an alternative to traditional baking. According to the manufacturer of this 24" convection steam oven, most foods can be cooked in less than 20 minutes.

Steam keeps food naturally moist while cooking, without adding fat or oil. It also seals in more flavor, color, vitamins and minerals.

Plumbing hook-ups aren't needed; water is supplied by a reservoir inside the oven. The oven's interior is 18-10 stainless steel. Price is $1,899 for white or black (add $150 for stainless steel).
