What do you call a hardwood moulding with an overlay fine enough to resemble plaster? White River Hardwoods calls it Mon Reale. Decorated with acanthus leaves, dentils, and egg-and-dart trim, the 7-1/2" deep cornice shown is $15.89 per linear foot in poplar (November 2004).
