The pigments and paints sold by Designed Finishes are not only historically accurate, they're environmentally friendly, as well. This Idaho-based business imports and sells products from two companies, Les Trois Matons and Dolci and Sons, Italian manufacturers of pigments, paints and original wall finishes.

Les Trois Matons (named after men who apprenticed with Venetian Masters) have created Italian-slaked lime plasters and paints based on generations-old formulas. Dolci and Sons specializes in pigments, made from natural colorants, mined and produced within Italy.

Designed Finishes offers these hand-made plasters, lime primers and paints and 66 natural pigments in powder or paste.
