Burn either standard grade or premium wood pellets in this Whitfield Cascade free-standing stove. It's capable of producing about 30,000 BTUs per hour with a heating efficiency of 81%. Model: Cascade Pellet Stove Dimensions: 23-3/4" wide x 28" tall x 22" deep Price is about $2,100 (October 2005)
It also features a two-speed blower motor, and a 60-pound hopper with an automatic feed, creating a continuous burn time of up to 45 hours.
A uniquely designed grate provides almost 100% combustion of pellets and the ash pan only needs to be emptied 2-3 times per burning season. An air wash system around the door frame prevents soot buildup on the glass doors.
