This cozy loveseat with its pergola top and lattice sides is made of maintenance free vinyl and has a lifetime, transferable warranty. The manufacturer says the sun's UV rays won't diminish its appearance or strength. Extreme cold makes vinyl less flexible, but this material will not crack unless subjected to a direct impact. The only suggested maintenance is an annual washing.
