Privacy Screens: Japanese Shoji

The Aurora Shoji by Cherry Tree Design is made from cherry wood. Translucent Ocean Mist laminated paper allows light to pass through the lattice, while providing privacy.

The traditional Japanese lattice screens are most commonly used as window coverings, room dividers, or as decorative items.

Double-sided bronze hinges enable the three panels to swing both ways. Each panel is 20" wide and 72" tall. Price is $1,529 for three panels and $627 for additional panels (August 2004).
