Roof Vents: Wind Power

Reviewed by:
Rosemary Thornton
The TCX-2 rotary ventilator uses wind power (kinetic energy) to vent homes, commercial builds, vans and buses.

A wind speed of 10 miles per hour will draw out 18 cubic feet of air per minute. A circular fan inside the ventilator spins in concert with the exterior vent and draws air out of your overheated attic (or bus).

Stainless steel spindle and bearings ensure long life and quiet operation.

Proper ventilation can prolong the life of your home's roof and keep your attic cool in the summertime. In the winter, a roof vent helps prevent the build-up of condensation.
